Atul is a veteran business leader with over 3 decades of varied experience across global enterprises like Capgemini, GE, and FIS, servicing clients panning across multiple industries. He has helped global organizations with Business transformation programs and enabled them to achieve their business objectives through operational excellence. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and his interests include behavioral sciences, disruptive technologies, and talent development. He has been leading numerous initiatives around CSR, Sustainability, and D&I.
Shruti Swaroop
Co-Founder & Partner
Shruti brings with her two decades of international Human Resources management experience across the US, UK, and India. She brings a global perspective to our consulting practices and client engagements. As a certified coach, she has worked closely with CXOs and mentored senior executives, and women entrepreneurs across geographies. She has worked on transformational and cultural change programs on Leadership Development, Inclusive Leadership, and Transformational Coaching for Leaders. Shruti runs the “Find Your Voice Campaign” which focuses on creating awareness about Emotional Abuse and Mental Well-Being. She also teaches HR & and OB at various B Schools.
