Atul is a seasoned business leader with over 37 years of global experience across the ITES industry, having held senior roles at organizations like Capgemini, GE, American Express, FIS, and the Tata Group. He is the founder of GroByz Partners, a strategic advisory firm that helps businesses navigate the complexities of the digital era.

Shruti Swaroop
Co-Founder & Partner
Shruti Swaroop is a senior global DEI and HR Advisor, Board member, and Entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in HR consulting, corporate governance, and leadership coaching. As the Founder of EMBRACE Consulting, she has advised over 550+ clients globally, enabling Workplace Transformation, Leadership Development, Digital Transformation within HR functions, and Inclusion within organizations.

She is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 4500+ hours of coaching experience across C-suite and senior leadership, particularly in sectors like FMCG, BFSI, Consulting, and Manufacturing.

Bringing deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and leadership, Shruti is a certified Independent Director (IICA) who provides strategic counsel to Boards and Executive Leadership. Her work as a best-selling author is widely recognized for its insights into workplace culture, behavioral dynamics, and inclusion strategies, shaping industry-leading practices.
